Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges

Exchanges can be made by presenting the receipt or order number within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

• If you choose a higher-priced item, you must pay the difference.
• If you choose a lower-priced item, no refund will be issued, but you may select additional products.
• Shipping costs are not included as part of the exchange process.
• Product Condition: The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with the original box, intact tags, and receipt.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at useblens@gmail.com to coordinate the return to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Refund Request Period

You have up to 7 days after receiving your purchase to request a refund, provided that you present your receipt or order number. If the request meets our policy conditions, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Payment Methods & Processing Time

• Credit Card: Refunds may take up to 16 business days, depending on your bank.
• Debit Card or Bank Transfer: Refunds will be issued via electronic transfer within 48 business hours after receiving the product.

3. Order Errors

While we do our best to provide accurate product information, BLENS® is not responsible for errors made by customers when selecting product size, color, or model. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing or contact our team for assistance.

4. Returns for Orders in Transit

If you request a refund while your order is still in transit, we kindly ask that you wait until you receive the package before initiating the process. Please contact us as soon as you receive it to coordinate the return.

5. Warranty Policy

If your product has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a free repair, exchange, or full refund.
