Personal Importation:
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they are importing the product for personal use, in compliance with applicable regulations. This means the customer will be the end-user of the product or will gift it, agreeing not to purchase it for commercial resale.

All Fees Included:
The final price already includes import fees, duties, and applicable taxes. However, customs authorities may inspect the package, which could result in additional charges. If this occurs, we recommend contacting our customer service immediately. BLENS® is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes required to release the product to the customer.

For Individual Buyers Only:
Our products are available for purchase by individuals only. Orders placed by businesses or legal entities will be canceled.

Documentation Language:
Instruction manuals, safety warnings, and other included documentation may not be available in English. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure proper product use.

Processing Times:
We work with international suppliers who dispatch products within 1 to 5 business days after receiving an order.

Customs Clearance:
Once the package arrives in your country, it must go through customs clearance, which may add an additional 2 to 10 business days. This process is managed by local authorities and is beyond BLENS®'s control.

⚠️ POSSIBLE ERRORS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. BLENS® is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to arrange delivery.
  • Absence at delivery location: If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may reschedule delivery or hold it for pickup at a local facility.
  • Address change after shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our Exclusive Guarantee:
If we ship the wrong model, you get to keep it for FREE—no returns needed! If you prefer to exchange it for the correct model, we’ll make the switch at no additional cost.
